These terms govern your use of Memorlined, a mobile application for rehearsing and memorizing spoken material. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

Memorlined is provided for personal use to help you learn and rehearse spoken material. You may import scripts, generate AI voice audio, and use the memorization and rehearsal features for your own preparation work.

2. Your Content

Scripts, notes, highlights, and recordings you create in Memorlined are yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you import or create. All user content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.

3. AI-Generated Voices

Memorlined uses third-party services to generate AI scene partner voices. These voices are generated for your personal rehearsal use. You may not redistribute, publish, or use AI-generated voice audio for commercial purposes outside of personal rehearsal and preparation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app to generate voice content that impersonates real individuals without consent
  • Attempt to access or interfere with the app's third-party service integrations
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. Service Availability

Memorlined is provided as-is. Features that require network access (voice generation, OCR scanning, AI parsing) depend on third-party services and may experience downtime or changes outside our control. Offline features (rehearsal with cached voices, on-device speech recognition, memorization drills) work without a network connection.

6. Limitation of Liability

Memorlined is a rehearsal and memorization tool. We make no guarantees about performance outcomes. The app is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Memorlined or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
